Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practices that originated in India more than five thousand years ago.

Although it is not just a physical exercise many people in the west practice yoga mainly for its many health benefits.

Many people, regardless of being active or sedentary, suffer from tight musculature and a loss of muscle tone. Whatever level you are at can always be improved with discipline and practice.
