I was introduced to yoga as a child, where my family would practice yoga daily on a solid, flat, roof top in a small village house in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India.
I loved the simplicity of yoga that I remember in India and still incorporates this in my practice and classes today.
I have been teaching yoga for 10 years and have built a reputation for physically demanding classes which bring results quickly.
I am an internationally certified teacher, training in Madrid with the school of Sivananda, SYVC then soon after becoming accredited with the Yoga Alliance with an RYT500 status and the UK sporting governing body REPs with a Level 3 full qualification. After extensive training and teaching I have been given the highest status available as a yoga teacher and now hold an E-RYT 500 certification, the highest grading possible with the yoga alliance international.
I have written many articles for an online yoga magazine and contributed in articles for the Natural Health Magazine, I have performed in demonstrations of advanced yoga at the Yoga Show (London, Olympia) and my classes have been aired live on BBC Three Counties Radio
I teach courses, classes, personal tuition and train individuals to become yoga instructors for all abilities from beginners to advanced students as well as teaching at retreats in the UK and abroad, at schools to children aged 3 to 15 years and at many gyms, health clubs and spas.
