All my classes include breathing, balance, flexibility, inner and outer strengthening and relaxation. My classes are physically demanding so if you are looking for a more relaxing not physical class this may not be for you. I always end the class with physical, mental and spiritual relaxation and finally a universal prayer and salutations to my teachers of yoga.
If you have never been to any of my classes before I would recommend you start with beginners. My classes have a fun and friendly atmosphere so never feel intimidated to join us in anyway, anyone is welcome to join.

Advanced Yoga courses. This class is recommended for those wanting a stronger practice.
It is a physically demanding class designed to bring maximum strength and flexibility to those practicing.

Suitable for beginners, learning correct techniques and predominantly strengthening at first, so students are able to build on a solid foundation for their yoga practice.

Personal Tuition
This is available for individuals who would like a 1 to 1 class. Those with specific problem areas or those who may be looking for a class based with more relaxation, breathing or maybe would like undivided attention in their practice.
